On the 12th October 2011 a number of English students from Years 12 and 13 had a wonderful opportunity to watch ‘Top Girls’ - a set coursework text for A2 English-performed live at Trafalgar Studios in London.

After what felt like a gruelling school day, we all set off for the highly anticipated trip to London with some of us being slightly too excited by the stop at the service station on the way for Starbucks and hot food.

Eventually we arrived amidst the bright lights of the city and watched an enthralling performance of the highly acclaimed play.

Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the day and we would like to thank Mr Swinford and Miss Coady for organising such a useful yet entertaining trip.
