Thank you for considering making a donation to King Edward VI Camp Hill School for Girls
There is no doubt that school budgets never seem to be large enough and so we are genuinely grateful to the organisations that support the school financially with their activities. But did you know, as an individual, that if you make a single or regular donation of money (or even property) to our school, you are helping us and creating a tax deduction for yourself? With Gift Aid, we can recover more than 28% extra tax. In addition, a higher rate taxpayer can reclaim the difference between the basic rate of tax a school is allowed to recover and the higher rate of tax normally paid.
FOR EXAMPLE if an individual donated £1,000 then we would receive a total of £1,282 and the actual cost to that individual would be £769. But whether your donation is £1 or £1,000, it is always gratefully received.
What sort of projects will your donation be used for?
We would like to assure you that any donation to the school will be used effectively. Typically, though not exclusively, school donations are used to pay for the items opposite. The best way for you to make a donation to the school is by sending us a cheque payable to King Edward VI Camp Hill School for Girls, including a covering letter explaining the purpose of the donation.
If you wish to make donations via an alternative method, please contact the school to discuss other possibilities.
