Year 7 Forensic day

On Friday 13th June , Year 7 were joined by many gifted and talented pupils from nearby primary schools to take part in an exciting day studying forensic science. They had the opportunity to take part in activities relating to fingerprinting, foot-casting, DNA, hair, fibre and blood splatter techniques.

They also learnt about career options.

The highlight of the day for the majority of the pupils was the crime scene where they got hands-on experience at solving a crime.
