Please endeavour to keep to deadlines for payment of trips and visits. There are the following deadlines at present:
Year 12 History trip—Stalin Conference— deadline 21st October 2011
Year 13 History trip—Cold War Conference— deadline 4th November 2011
Reply slips and letters can be handed into reception between 10.00am and 3.30pm. Students are asked to take their planners to be signed to confirm receipt of the envelope. Please ensure your daughter’s name, form and details of the trip are written on the reverse of the cheque and that cheques or cash are in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the same details.
Also please ensure that any change in medication is notified to the school office. It would also be helpful if you could take careful note of suggested clothing for outdoor trips as there have been occasions where inappropriate clothing has been worn.
