ADMIN OFFICE

We have a team of five office staff in addition to two Academic Support Officers, who assemble lesson materials and display, and offer vital respite for teaching staff.

All of the admin team enjoy an enormous variety of work. We keep student databases up-to-date, monitor attendance, and deal with a high volume of admissions enquiries. Our finance officer processes the school’s banking, for example when school trip money is collected, and monitors cash flow.

There is a strong personal element to the work of the office: girls come to us when they are feeling ill, or for lost property, or with a seemingly infinite variety of queries! This gives office staff the opportunity to get to know the girls and to help them where we can.

The office provides an essential link between the school and parents. Student reports and Parents’ Evenings keep parents in touch with their daughters’ individual progress, whilst our Camp Hill Girls' Newsletter offers information about the school as a whole.

Overall the office enjoys a strong team spirit which helps us to give excellent service to girls, teachers and parents alike.
