Mr Shaw joined as Assistant Headteacher in January 2023.

Prior to joining, he has held roles leading teaching and learning, Sixth Form and student leadership in schools across Coventry and Warwickshire. He has also taught in Turkey and worked in the recruitment industry.

At Camp Hill Mr Shaw is responsible for Outreach and Interventions, as well as teaching English.
