Year 10 is an exciting time for our students as they embark on their GCSE courses in all subjects and look forward to developing their depth of understanding and widening their knowledge in their chosen subjects. It is the beginning of their journey towards further education and the world of work. As such, we have compiled key information for both you and your child which we hope you find useful.

Careers in Key Stage 4

There are activities linked to careers for students throughout the school; however once the students have started their GCSE courses, we start to encourage them to focus their thoughts on the next steps in their education in terms of their post-16  and post-18 plans. Our Careers page provides you with a whole range of information, although please refer to the Key Stage 4 booklet for information aimed at students in Year 10 and Year 11.
