Arbor Portal & App​​​​​​​

Parents and Carers can access their child’s school information via the Arbor Parent Portal and/or App. The portal is an integral part of our drive to have quicker and easier communication between school and home.

The Parent Portal holds all your child’s school information in one place, so it is much easier for you to keep track of their progress, their school-based activities, and their House Points, amongst other things!

If you experience any difficulties logging in, please refer to the links below and guidance first. If you need further support please contact the school at enquiries@chg.kevibham.org.

It's important to know the difference between the two ways you can access Arbor:

  • Arbor Parent Portal: This is the website version you access using a web browser (like Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) on a computer, laptop, or even your phone's browser.
  • Arbor Parent App: This is the mobile application you download to your smartphone or tablet from your device's app store (Google Play Store for Android, Apple App Store for iOS).

Crucial Note for First-Time Users: You must set up your password and accept the terms of use through the Parent Portal (website) first. You cannot do this through the app.

The following information is currently available to parents/carers on the platform:

  • Account Info - Information about your child such as address, registration group, house and form tutor.
  • Contacts - Parent/Carer and emergency contact information held for your child.
  • Timetable - Access to your child’s school timetable.
  • Attendance - Keep track of your child’s attendance throughout the year.
  • House Points - House Points which have been awarded to your child for attainment, effort or contribution to the school community.

Please let the school office know if any changes are needed via enquiries@chg.kevibham.org to personal details or submit the change/update via the Arbor portal.
