We would like to begin by expressing our sincere thanks to those of you who have donated to our School Fund in previous years. Your generosity has made a significant difference to the experiences we are able to offer our students.

Our School Fund plays a vital role in enriching student life at Camp Hill Girls. It enables us to provide a wide range of activities, trips, resources, and opportunities for students that would otherwise be beyond our core budget. These experiences help our students to grow, explore new interests, and make lasting memories, both in and beyond the classroom.

What does the School Fund support?

Thanks to your contributions, we are able to offer:

• Entry to external competitions, including Maths Challenges, Subject Olympiads, and inter-school events
• Resources to enable a wide range of lunchtime clubs, from Lego Club to Animal Club (see our website for the full list!)
• Foreign Language Assistants who support exam preparation and help develop students’ language skills
• Travel and entry to sports fixtures and competitions
• Careers and university events that raise aspirations and broaden students’ horizons
• Upgrades to our performance spaces, for example, new lighting in school hall, enhancing events like the Annual Dance Show and Songs from the Shows
• A well-resourced Care, Support and Guidance room for students seeking a quiet, supportive space
• A dynamic and diverse school library with regularly updated books and materials
• Support for our Music Department, including subsidised lessons and a wide range of ensembles

These opportunities are an essential part of the Camp Hill experience, and we are committed to maintaining them throughout your child’s time with us.

Why we need your support

As you may be aware, the education sector continues to face significant financial pressures. While we strive to protect the quality of our provision, we increasingly rely on, and appreciate, the generosity of our school community to sustain our enrichment programme.

We are therefore inviting families to consider making a voluntary annual donation of £30 per family, or whatever amount you feel able to contribute. This is a suggested amount, any contribution, no matter how small, is hugely appreciated. Whatever you are able to donate, please know that your support will directly benefit our students.

We also understand that the cost of living is a concern for many families. Contributions are entirely voluntary, and we are grateful for your continued support in all its forms.
