Key Stage 4
Years 10 and 11
In KS4, we aim to support students in achieving their potential at GCSE and encourage them in becoming responsible citizens as they consider their future role in society.
At Key Stage 4, all students are required to study all of the core GCSE subjects as well as choosing a further three optional GCSE subjects. Non-examined PSHE lessons are taught once per week by the Head of Year, and all students take part in Whole Year Games.
If students want to change their Key Stage 4 curriculum, they should speak in the first instance to Mrs Neal and take note of our GCSE Curriculum Protocol.

Curriculum Model 2025-26
* Students following the Triple Science pathway MUST take RS as one of their option subjects as it is part of our compulsory curriculum here at Camp Hill Girls’. As RS is taught in 3 hours across the fortnight, students also receive an additional hour of Fitness and an hour of a taught Oracy programme.
** Students following the Combined Science pathway can choose an additional option subject due to less curriculum time for science and the Combined course awarding two, rather than three, GCSEs.
